Managing User Feedback

 

VA collects VA App feedback from three sources:

  • VA Help Desk activity
  • User Feedback from App Stores
  • Metrics collected by the App and the Health Adapter
  • The Product Owner and the Developer are encouraged to determine how to review and act on the feedback. For example:

  • Ensure that the metrics being collected are relevant to measuring the success of the VA App.
  • Determine the source for the metric data and ensure a reporting mechanism exists and is easily accessible.
  • Schedule regular meetings during the Sustainment period to review VA Help Desk logs and User feedback to adjust future release requirements, enhancements, and bug fixes.
